Learn basic food safety skills

Gain the food safety skills you need to work in an industry that manufactures food.

This course complies with the legislative requirements for food safety and hygiene practices as outlined in the Australian Food Standards Code.

On successful completion of this course, students will receive a Statement of Attainment for the following nationally accredited unit of competency:
Food processing industry: FDFFS1001A Follow workplace procedures to maintain food safety


Participants must have a USI on the day of the course to be awarded the Qualification, USI’s can be obtained by going to https://www.usi.gov.au/
