Life at Chisholm

Chisholm has long understood and valued the important contribution our people make to our success. Our people drive innovation, deliver the student experience we promise, build and strengthen our connection with our community and are the most crucial factor to our success.

At Chisholm, we’re leading in education and training to inspire success and transform lives.

We do this by providing contemporary, accessible and relevant education and training that keeps pace with what students and businesses need. We also do it by supporting and enhancing the culture and diversity that our communities bring.

It is an important job, and we do it by working collaboratively and with integrity, seizing the opportunities before us, and by always striving to achieve the highest standards for ourselves and for our students.

We also achieve it by living our values every day:

  • Opportunity
  • Collaboration
  • Integrity
  • Achievement.

Because of this, we invest in our people’s development and support and guide them in all aspects of their work. Building on our people’s passions also enhances the quality, flexibility and relevance of our education and training.

Together, we are creating education and training for the future.
