Develop basic food safety skills

Gain the food safety skills you need to work in the food industry within a range of businesses including: restaurants, cafés, hotels, temporary food events, and retail food outlets.

This course complies with the legislative requirements for food safety and hygiene practices as outlined in the Australian Food Standards Code. On successful completion of this course, students will receive a Statement of Attainment for the following nationally accredited unit of competency:
