Growing up in a family that owned and operated a small business in the trades sector gave Daniel an early understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing employers. He began his career in sales and business development before moving into Field Officer and Operations Manager roles within a group training organisation, where he built strong expertise in industry engagement and workforce development.
With more than eight years’ experience at Chisholm, Daniel has held a range of commercially focused roles, including Industry Solutions Business Partner for Trades and leading major industry projects, before stepping into his current leadership position.
Daniel leads a team focused on helping organisations address workforce challenges through tailored training solutions and strategic partnerships. He works closely with industry to identify emerging opportunities, lead strategic projects and strengthen connections between education and workforce needs.
Daniel believes the strongest outcomes are built on trust, collaboration and long-term relationships. By understanding each organisation’s goals, he helps create practical solutions that build capability, support sustainable growth and deliver lasting value for organisations and their people.

Carmel began her career as a qualified chef, spending more than 15 years working across the hospitality industry. Passionate about sharing her knowledge, she transitioned into teaching at Chisholm, where she built on her experience mentoring apprentices and emerging professionals. Since then, she has held leadership roles, including Education Manager and Department Manager, giving her extensive insight into vocational education and workforce development.
Today, Carmel partners with organisations across the Business and IT, Hospitality, Education, Art and Design, and Environment sectors to develop training solutions that strengthen workforce capability and support long-term success.
Carmel is committed to building genuine, long-lasting relationships with the organisations she works with. She takes a collaborative approach, recognising that every business is different and that the best training solutions are those designed around unique goals, workforce and future needs.
