Confined Space Refresher
Please note: If you are under 18 years of age, a Parental/Guardian Agreement must be completed and submitted to shortcourseenrolments@chisholm.edu.au before course commencement.
Want to refresh your confined space skills?
This refresher course is designed for people working in industry where entering and working in confined space is required. It is recommended that this refresher course is undertaken annually.
Pre-requisites:
You MUST have successfully completed Confined Space Induction short course or the following three units of competency (or equivalent):
• RIIWHS202E - Enter and work in confined spaces
• MSMPER200 - Work in accordance with an issued permit
• HLTAID009 - Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
Entry requirements:
You must be able to speak clearly and understand spoken and written English.
You need to be fit enough to do hands-on tasks, moving through tight, high, or awkward spaces, climbing ladders and lifting and carrying items.
Please note: This is a non-accredited refresher course, and no Statement of Attainment is issued. However, participants who successfully complete this course will receive a Statement of Attendance card by mail.
