Critical reflection allows Educators to assess the learning environment and experiences offered to children. It encourages positive change and allows Educators to strengthen their own professional practice.

This course is designed for Educators working in Education and Care services.

• fundamentals to meaningful documentation and elements that contribute to the documentation process
• pedagogy and practice
• the importance of critical reflection in curriculum development.
