A big part of choosing a course is making sure it fits with your life. Not everyone can travel to a campus at set times each week. That’s why Chisholm offers online study options.
These let you learn from anywhere that works for you at home, in a quiet space, at a café, or around family or work commitments. Online study also helps you build useful digital skills.
We offer two modes of online study:
Online courses:
- All learning happens on your computer or device and not on campus.
- You can use Chisholm’s support services and library online.
- You are always welcome to visit and work from our campuses.

OnlinePlus:
- OnlinePlus courses are mostly online, but additional face-to-face components.
- This face-to-face component can workshop, placement, exam, assessment, industry visit, or similar.
- You will always know about these in‑person sessions early so you can plan ahead.

We also offer online short courses, which some are run completely online. This can be facilitated through video conferencing and email.
Online study is available in a number of ways and can be unique to each course. For example, some courses require you to attend live online classes at set times, and others you can access sessions at times that suit you, as long as you still meet all assessment deadlines!
