No need to complete separate courses as this comprehensive course will provide you with the food safety skills needed to work in three areas of the food industry: Hospitality, Health and Food Processing.

This course complies with the legislative requirements for food safety and hygiene practices as outlined in the Australian Food Standards Code. It is suitable for those working in a range of food industry businesses including: health and aged care facilities, hospitals, child care establishments, community services such as Meals on Wheels, food manufacturing, restaurants, cafés, hotels, temporary food events, and retail food outlets.

This course is a prerequisite for Chisholm's Food Safety Supervisor courses.

After successfully completing this course you will receive a Statement of Attainment for the three nationally accredited units:

FDFFS1001A Follow workplace procedures to maintain food safety (Food processing industry)
HLTFSE001 Follow basic food safety practices (Health industry)
SITXFSA001 Use hygienic practices for food safety (Hospitality industry).
