Get your RSA certificate studying remotely via Zoom

This course provides participants with the skills and knowledge required to serve alcohol, and fulfills the RSA requirements under state legislation.

It is mandatory for licensees and staff selling, offering or serving liquor for general, on-premises, late night and packaged liquor licences.

Participants are required to be at least 17 years and 9 months old and have a high level understanding of English to participate in this course.


Participants are required to have access to the internet and an electronic device to download the Zoom App. The students will be emailed the Zoom link prior to the commenecement of their course.
Electronic copies of the learning material will be emailed prior to course commencement to facilitate pre-learning.


Upon successful completion of this course a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate will be issued

The electronic copy of the assessment will be sent via email to the students at the end of the training session and allow 30 minutes for them to
complete and email back to the trainer for marking.
