​Have you ever wanted to make your own jam and chutney? This course will give you the knowhow. You will work with one of our experts to make 3 different products that you can take home to enjoy with family or friends. Learn the art of jam setting, chutney flavour balancing, the equipment needed and the how to bottle your creations. You will go home with 9 jars to enjoy. A light lunch is provided.
