Apply Volume And Hybrid Eyelash Extensions

You will learn to apply pre-made lashes to add definition to a client's face, as well as hand-made volume lash extensions to create a much more dramatic effect.

By attaching two, three and up to five lashes to the one natural lash you will create fuller, longer, more striking-looking lashes that are smudge-proof and waterproof, and allow lashes to look their fullest without any mascara required.

Volume lash extensions fill the gaps where classic eyelash extensions could not. This technique allows artists to apply multiple extensions to one individual eyelash. Each extension is extremely light and thin compared to the previous thicker options, creating a fluffy and soft appearance that is not heavy or damaging to the natural eyelash.

Hybrid lashes are a mix of both classic and volume lashes. It offers a wispier natural lash line, achieved by mixing natural and volume lashes strategically to enhance the eye.

In this course you will learn:
• correct handling of tools
• client safety and hygiene
• application techniques including pre made
• correct pick up of lashes to create the perfect fan effect
• correct use of adhesive glue
• how to properly isolate each lash to ensure they do not stick together
• assessing a client's natural eyelashes to ensure safe and correct application
• effective removal of eyelash extensions
• product knowledge.

Pre requisites: Students must have prior experience in classic lash extension application or have completed a classic eyelash extension course.
