Indii has always believed Chisholm is a place where she can grow, contribute and build a long-term career. From starting as a student to returning as an employee, Indii has traversed the full gamut of the Chisholm experience with various roles in Student Experience, Marketing and Trades. Her vast experience has given Indii insights into the depth and breadth of Chisholm, helping her to build exceptional stakeholder engagement and customer service.
With this broad experience, Indii brings this holistic perspective to her current role as Project Lead for the Asset Information Management System (AIMS) project, one of Chisholm’s most significant operational transformations. In this role, Indii demonstrates exceptional leadership and professionalism. She oversees the coordination of more than 10,000 assets, ensuring they meet strict safety and maintenance requirements. Her work has strengthened organisational capability and improved the reliability of essential equipment used across the institute.
Indii is also a key contributor to Educational Delivery. Through training, guidance and cross‑department collaboration, she has helped staff better understand AIMS and how it supports their work. Her calm, transparent communication style has strengthened relationships with both internal teams and external partners, building trust and improving operational consistency.
Her efforts have had a direct impact on the student experience. By ensuring equipment is compliant, safe and well‑maintained, she helps create a reliable learning environment where students can focus on developing their skills.
Looking ahead, Indii hopes to continue her professional development and step into further leadership opportunities.
