If you’re interested in a specific course or study area, our expert-led sessions are the best place to start. You’ll hear all about course content, job outcomes, and learning pathways – and get a tour of the spaces where hands-on training happens.
Campus tours
Want to explore more of Chisholm? Guided campus tours depart every hour, on the hour, from 1pm – 5pm. Just head to the central meeting point – no registration required.

Frequently asked questions
- Do I need to book to attend a specific study area information session?
Yes. You need to book and register yourself to attend a specific information session. However, you don’t need to book in for a campus tour or to speak to any of our general info or support advisors.
- How do I register for a study area information session?
Choose the Info Day you’d like to attend, select “get tickets”, find the session you’d like to join and add it to your cart. You can book as many sessions as you’d like. Then press “continue” to add your details and receive your ticket information.
- Can I register for more than one session?
Yes, you can book as many study area information sessions as you like, but try not to book yourself twice for the same session.
- If I’m bringing friends and family with me, do I need to book tickets for them, too?
No, you can just book one ticket for the person considering studying at Chisholm (any supporting family or friends can just come along and listen).
- How do I cancel a session I’ve booked?
Your tickets will be sent to you via email.
- To edit or cancel your tickets/order, select the “manage order” button in the email body.
- This will take you to the Humanitix manage order web page. At the top, you can either update your order or request a refund/cancel your ticket(s).
- Select “refund or cancel“.
- Select the tickets you want to cancel and select “review”.
- Select “confirm” to cancel the selected tickets.
- Where do I go when I arrive at an Info Day?
As you arrive, our friendly team will be there to point you in the right direction and help you make the most of your day.
Each information session ticket will have a specific time and room number listed. Make sure you head to the location in plenty of time, as sessions will start promptly.
If you want to join a campus tour, head to the central meeting point where the tours will leave on the hour, every hour.
- What is the room number of my session?
Your session’s room number will be listed on your ticket and confirmed closer to the date. Info Day staff will be available to help. Look out for team members greeting you at the entrance with campus maps and directions.
- Where is the central meeting point?
Central meeting point information will be outlined in our confirmation email. Each Info Day has a central meeting point where you can speak to one of our team, participate in interactive activities and join a campus tour.
- Will there be other Info Days?
Yes! We run Info Days throughout the year, so there are plenty of chances to explore what Chisholm has to offer. You can sign up so we can email you about future events.
