Since 2023, Chisholm TAFE has served as a trusted training partner to the Australian Defence Force, delivering innovative training solutions across technical, driver, licensing and medical domains. This vital partnership is managed by Training Transformation Solutions (TTS), a business division of Wodonga TAFE, which is the largest national provider of technical training to the Australian Defence Force and specialise in large, complex and transformative training management, design and delivery projects.

Chisholm continues to engage with Navy, Army, and Air Force ensuring responsive, future-ready training programs that meet Defence's evolving needs. Our expertise in program management, training solutions, professional services, and governance has been key to building and maintaining this successful partnership which will see Chisholm deliver trade training to the next generation of Defence Force recruits at HMAS Cerberus.

Training facility

Chisholm established a new training workforce at HMAS Cerberus on the Mornington Peninsula, and tailored delivery to meet specific Defence requirements. This flexibility and responsiveness resulted in a unique program where all theory is delivered upfront, followed by on-the-job practical training components of each course.

Chisholm will make a significant contribution to Australia’s Defence by ensuring that the next generation of Defence personnel receives high-quality training that meets the standards required of trusted technicians.
