• A short rehearsal will be conducted by Chisholm staff at for approximately 20 minutes. This briefing explains the requirements for being presented on stage. Please ensure you are seated in the theatre on time.
  • The graduation ceremony will begin at sharp, beginning with the presentation of the leadership procession.
  • Graduands will be presented to the Chisholm Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mr Stephen Varty.
  • Graduands will be prompted to move quietly, in seat order, to line up for presentation on stage. It is essential that all graduands remain in their original seat order at all times.
  • All bags, mobile phones and personal belongings must be left under your seat. Do not take anything on stage with you.
  • You will receive your graduation scroll, containing your testamur/certificate, prior to being presented.
  • When the Master of Ceremonies calls your name, walk across the stage with your scroll, pause in the centre with the CEO, and have your photograph taken by the official photographer.
  • Exit via the opposite side of the stage, where you will receive your gift.
  • Please return directly to your seat after exiting the stage.

Please do not leave the ceremony until it concludes.

At the end of the ceremony, the leadership procession will leave the stage. All graduates will then be invited to cross the stage one final time as a group.
