Develop effective fitness training programs by gaining a greater understanding of the science of fitness

When you complete the Certificate IV in Fitness, you’ll have the knowledge and ability to help clients (including specialist groups) achieve their personal fitness goals.

During the course you’ll learn practical skills in areas such as exercise planning and delivery for a variety of groups; personal training; strength and conditioning; exercise science principles; anatomy and physiology; motivational psychology; nutrition; risk management; first aid; functional movement appraisals; and small business planning.

This course is delivered full time from 9am - 4pm three days per week. Exact days of attendance depend on which campus you attend. Staff will work with part time students to develop a timetable around your availability.
