Chisholm is changing systems – this will change how we interact with you

Chisholm Institute Campus Services and Infrastructure (CSI) provides facilities development, management and maintenance services across all Chisholm campuses.

Chisholm is moving its asset management service from ServiceNow to the Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) module in Technology One’s CiAnywhere platform on 19 October 2026.  This means the way we interact with each other is changing.

What is changing for you?

You will:

  • Receive your work orders from EAMS instead of ServiceNow. These will have a different look but will include all the information your need.
  • Have portal access to your work orders and be able to communicate with the CSI team through the portal, including requesting additional expenditure and submitting quotes for parts and/or additional services whilst on the job.
  • Electronically record reactive maintenance works directly onto the Work Order, communicate with the team through the system and submit works complete all within EAMS.

When is this changing for you?

  • Monday 19 October is the rollout date for Pilot group. There is a phased rollout to other contractors starting 23 November. Learning resources are provided below. Please look through these before the rollout to familiarise yourself with the system. The Quick reference guides have the option for you to print. You will be able to access the system from Monday 19 October, meanwhile the videos demonstrate the steps you’ll take in the system.
  • On Thursday 15 October you will receive an email from CSI as a reminder to review the learning resources before you are required onsite and advising that login details will be provided on Monday.
  • Monday 19 October you will receive an email from CSI with official start messaging, a link to the system and the login details the contractors will need to use when onsite. The link to the system will also be added to this webpage.
