A major refurbishment of the Student Services and Student Enquiries & Enrolments (SEES) areas was completed in January 2026, delivering safer, more functional and more welcoming spaces for students and staff.

The project included upgrades to consultation rooms, waiting areas, customer service points and staff workspaces.

Key improvements included:

  • New egress doors and reconfigured layouts in consultation rooms to improve safety
  • Modern sit-stand workstations across Student Services, SEES and the Apprenticeship Hub
  • Enhancements to privacy, security and safety, including new duress buttons, monitor privacy screens and access control
  • HVAC reviews, new furniture installations and service relocations to support overall functionality
  • Improvements to the security room and student casual seating area, including new seating, workstation upgrades and technology installation.

These works ensure the spaces better support service delivery, improve staff comfort and enhance overall student experience on campus.
