Become a licensed plumber

The plumbing licence skill sets are a requirement for obtaining your plumbing licence through the Victorian Building Authority (VBA).

The following Free TAFE short courses are free at TAFE. They do not form part of the Free TAFE course list.  And taking a Free TAFE short course will not impact your entitlement to a Free TAFE full qualification. 

At Chisholm, we offer the below plumbing skill sets: 

Enrolling in Free TAFE plumbing skill set courses

  • If you have completed all your Certificate III in Plumbing classes and units, you can enrol in up to two skill sets at a time (subject to eligibility).
  • If you are still completing your Certificate III in Plumbing, you can only enrol in one skill set at a time (subject to availability).
