The Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice meets the new educational requirements to apply to Consumer Affairs Victoria for an Agent’s Representative.

Upon successful completion you will meet the educational requirements for employment as an Agents Representative in Victoria. Agents’ Representatives are authorised to perform the functions of an estate agent under the supervision of a licensed estate agent.

The Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice will give you the knowledge, skills and a detailed overview of the real estate industry including sales, property management, marketing, establishing client relationships, and provides a solid foundation that reflects the role of real estate professionals working across varied industry roles.

There is a combination of practical (role play), case studies, research and written assessments in each unit. You will develop the understanding and knowledge of important legislative requirements along with relevant skillsets ready for the workplace. Face-to-face learning plus independent assessment completion.
