Certificate III In Sport, Aquatics And Recreation

Consolidate your knowledge within the sport and recreation industry while completing your secondary school studies

This program is designed to further enhance the students knowledge of the sport, fitness and outdoor recreation sector. Students will develop coaching and leadership skills through the combination of theory, practice and field trip participation.

As a two-year program, the first year is a delivery of elective specialisation units in one of the fields below.

• Sport & Recreation
• Pool Lifeguard
• Swim Teacher

The second year of the program provides the remaining core units to award the SIS30122 Certificate III in Sport, Aquatics and Recreation.

This is a Scored VCE VET program.

Have a demonstrated capacity in reading ,writing, numeracy, oracy and learning to level 2 of the Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF)
