Learn the basics to commence a career in the horticulture industry while completing your secondary school studies

This course is designed to introduce students to the theories and practices necessary to prepare them for entry into this dynamic industry.

It provides exposure to the main facets of the parks, nursery and landscape industries, contained within the general sphere of horticulture.

Admission requirements

Complete the BKSB and must obtain ACSF exit level 2 in both literacy and numeracy, Entry requirements are ACSF exit level 1 - working level 2 for both literacy and numeracy
