Minimise psychological hazards in your role

This WorkSafe-approved refresher course will help Health and Safety Representatives (HSRs), managers, supervisors and safety committee members support psychological health in the workplace. You’ll explore psychological health challenges and their effects including stress, burnout, bullying, and harassment.

You’ll gain the knowledge and skills to represent your designated work group when raising psychological work health and safety concerns. You’ll learn how to identify and resolve health and safety issues that arise from exposure to psychological hazards.

Training is delivered by experienced educators with strong industry knowledge to ensure you stay current and build capability in your role. Upon successful completion of this course, you will have the confidence to assist individuals at work and meet training requirements under OHS legislation.

Prerequisite: Completion of the HSR Initial OHS Training Course
