Our Bachelor of Psychology accepts any health, community or social services diploma from registered training organisations in Australia (or equivalent), as entry into second year

Have you studied a Diploma in one of the following areas? Health, allied health, nursing, community services, social services, or early childhood education.

If so, that Diploma counts as the first year of your Psychology Degree.

Progress your career in psychology, counselling, and mental health through advanced social, community and research psychology skills with entry from your Diploma. Chisholm Psychology programs use the pathway Degree model developed within the Higher Education College, allowing entry into accredited Psychology programs through non-traditional pathways.

Chisholm's Associate Degree and Bachelor of Psychology, combine the work-ready elements of health-related Diplomas with the research, statistical and theoretical understanding of psychology and psychological disorders. Our psychology program is three phased, with phase one consisting of your Diploma.

The second phase of the program delivers the Associate Degree component over one year. Students have the option to leave the program at the conclusion of this year with their recognised Diploma and Associate Degree of Psychology. This option will be dependent on the confirmation of enrolment and your visa requirements, and we encourage you to discuss with Chisholm International directly or an approved education agent if this is of interest.

The third and final phase of the program consists of a further year of study and the completion of the Bachelor Degree. Students who successfully complete this phase leave the program with their Diploma and a Bachelor of Psychology.

When applying to Chisholm as an international student you will need to identify your course preference. Please speak with a recruitment agent regarding the best option for your visa application (if applicable).

The Chisholm Bachelor of Psychology is accredited by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC).
