Kitchen Operations, Patisserie and Hospitality- VET delivered to secondary students

The Multi Trade Pathway Program - STEP into VET has been created for Year 10 – 12, school students to give the learner an opportunity to try a selected group of units from Kitchen Operations, Patisserie and Hospitality training packages for the learner to make informed choices for a pathway into a VETDSS course or qualification of choice. Receiving credits for the units of competency pertaining to the qualification that have been successfully completed.
