This course has been superseded and some units and details of the course will change. We will provide further details about the transition of your enrolment at a later date. It is important to note that the new course will require students to have completed the Certificate III in Early Childhood Education prior to enrolling into the Diploma.

When you complete the Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, you’ll be able to work at a senior level in a variety of children’s service environments. This course is based on the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework and has an emphasis on play-based learning.

Throughout the program, you’ll learn more about best practice and quality assurance, planning for children with additional needs, networking, effective communication, family partnerships, childhood development (aesthetic, creative, physical), music programs, and health and safety.
