Open up a world of career opportunities in business by completing a traineeship in your workplace.

Combine work-based training as a workplace trainee in the business industry and learn the theoretical elements with formal training from Chisholm. Students must be employed within the administration/business industry and a training contract between the employer and the trainee is required prior to enrolment. Traineeships are a great way to be paid for work, learn and earn a qualification.

The Certificate IV in Business qualification reflects the role of individuals in a variety of business services job roles. These individuals may have supervisory performance accountabilities. You will become competent in a wide range of general information and communications including critical thinking. Within the qualification you will learn how to design and produce complex spreadsheets, write complex documents, use digital technologies and social media as well as being able to engage in building business relationships by using communication strategies.

Individuals who work in these business fields apply broad sets of skills, including foundational knowledge in critical thinking and customer service skills to support a range of technologies, processes, procedures, policies, people and clients in a variety of work contexts.
