The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is the minimum requirement for a trainer in the national vocational education and training (VET) sector.
During the course, you will develop skills in areas such as learning program development; work skill instruction; assessment activities and processes; group-based learning programs; workplace learning programs; training packages; accredited courses; and LL&N (Language Literacy and Numeracy). One of the great program features of this course is that some of the practical assessment has been designed to be completed within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), which will give you a quality applied learning experience. This course can be completed part time between 11, 20 and 25 weeks, depending on whether you attend daytime or evening sessions.
You can study this course on campus, or online. Find out more about studying the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with Chisholm Online.
