This course is offered by Chisholm as a skill set. As such the following core units are offered:

BSBHRM411 Administer performance development processes;
BSBHRM412 Support employee and industrial relations;
BSBHRM415 Coordinate recruitment and onboarding; and
BSBHRM417 Support human resource functions and processes.

These units comprising BSBSS00105 Human Resources Foundations Skill Set are core units in BSB40420 Certificate IV in Human Resource Management.

You will obtain a Statement of Results for successful completion of these the core units offered as a skill set.

Eligible students may elect to access Skills First funding for the Certificate IV in Human Resource Management. Participants wishing to enrol in the BSB50320 Diploma in Human Resource Management must have first completed these four units as an entry requirement.

Tuesday & Thursdays evenings 6.30pm – 9:30pm. Part time evening classes via Zoom with a facilitator.
