Unlock new opportunities in your beauty career

Are you ready to enhance your skills in beauty and aesthetics? Do you love to help others look and feel their best? Our Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy will provide you with the essential knowledge and practical skills to thrive as a beauty therapist.

You'll gain industry experience and learn through hands-on training at our on-campus salon, Mysa Salon and Spa. At Mysa, you'll gain practical skills by working with real-life clients. You'll provide them with customised beauty treatments under the supervision of our experienced educators.

This course teaches you hands-on skills in waxing, tanning, facials, manicures and pedicures. You'll master lash and brow treatments, eyelash extensions, make-up and product application and knowledge. You’ll learn massage and aromatherapy. And you’ll gain skills in effective client communication and service.

As part of this qualification, you will undertake a variety of theory and practical-based assessments. Attendance is important to ensure successful completion.

All skills assessments will be required to be carried out on paying members of the public. You will be responsible for sourcing your own practice and assessment models. Educators can provide guidance on how to attract models by creating engaging social media content.

This nationally recognised qualification could be a pathway to further study with Chisholm's Diploma of Beauty Therapy (SHB50121).
