A fitness career can allow you to do what you love and help others thrive physically and reach their goals. The Certificate III in Fitness will prepare you for an entry-level gym or group fitness instructor role. You'll apply theory and hands-on study in various fitness subjects to provide you with the best start to your career.

Upon successful completion of this course, you will have the perfect combination of practical skills and knowledge in fitness. Plus, you'll have the added support of online access to all of your learning resources and assessments for use anytime.

This course is delivered off-campus, meaning you get to learn in a real gym setting. You'll develop skills in health and fitness screening, resistance training and group exercise. You'll gain a solid foundation in anatomy and physiology, nutrition, specific markets and populations to ensure you're well-prepared to start your career.

This course is delivered online and off campus. The face-to-face delivery is at Infinite Fitness Peninsula, 22 Remount Way, Cranbourne West.

This course is delivered full time, two and a half days per week. Classes are held on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays via a combination of face to face, remote and online learning.
