The Diploma of Project Management provides you with the opportunity to apply project management skills and knowledge in a variety of contexts across diverse industry sectors.
Individuals who work as Project Managers or Project Team Leaders apply broad sets of skills to support a range of technologies, processes, procedures, policies, people, and clients in a variety of work contexts.
You will learn the skills and competencies to initiate, plan, execute, and lead a project to achieve project objectives. You will also evaluate your work and/or the work of others.
TIMETABLE:
6-10 pm on Tuesday and Thursday evenings
Tuesdays on campus (Cranbourne) and Thursdays via Zoom
This nationally recognised qualification will suit individuals who may already manage projects.
