  During the course you will evaluate pathways to employment including preparing a learning plan and portfolio that demonstrates your skills across a range of contexts – from learning to work.
  
  Once successfully complete, you can develop your skills further with one of Chisholm’s higher level courses in your area of interest. Dedicated and experienced teachers will guide you through the program, which involves a combination of theory and practice. This nationally recognised qualification can be completed full time over 20 weeks. Flexible attendance arrangements can be negotiated.

• Admission requirements

  Applicants must be 16 years of age or older at time of course commencement. Applicants who are under 18 years of age must have parental approval and complete a selection interview to determine suitable maturity to undertake the course requirements, Completion of a pre-training assessment for English language and literacy skills is also required, Students who are aged under 17 years require a completed Transition from School form from their school

  Annual scholarships may be available to eligible students suffering financial hardship through the Caroline Chisholm Education Foundation.
