Founded in 2007 pursuant to Decision Number 1871/QD-LDTBXH from Minister – Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, the college’s original name was Vietnamese – Germany Vocational College. The college is selected to be a high quality vocational training provider by 2020.
