The Victorian Government has funded Chisholm to assist regional manufacturing companies in developing innovative practices in competitive systems and global sales. This initiative is supported by the South East Melbourne Manufacturers Alliance (SEMMA) and the City of Greater Dandenong.
We are working with manufacturing companies in the south east Melbourne metropolitan area through to central Gippsland to evaluate opportunities or constraints to business operations. Our free business health check aims to ensure you company is sustainable, and working efficiently as possible to help you reach your revenue and profitability goals currently and into the future.
We will provide a consultant to analyse and evaluate a cross section of information about your business to establish if there are gaps in the relevant markets your business operates in, or markets it is interested to pursue. Recommendations will then be provided on how to improve the performance of your business based on the evaluation.
If gaps are identified programs will be developed to helping you and the business move forward. In addition, where skills gaps are identified that may appear to be preventing the business from moving forward, customised or accredited training programs can be offered to you and your staff (some businesses may be eligible for assistance with funding of training initiatives).
This process is aimed to enable your business to develop more efficient practices, expand into new markets and remain sustainable moving forward.
