COVID-19 Announcement: Changes to course delivery. View our Coronavirus updates page.
The Victorian Government has partnered with the Commonwealth Government to jointly invest up to $260 million under the JobTrainer Fund to increase access to training for thousands of Victorians who have been most impacted by the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis.
Eligible students can access free or low fee (concession) qualifications and skill sets within key industries and occupations.
The JobTrainer Fund supports Victoria’s Skills First program that subsidises training and tuition-free training at TAFEs and complements other initiatives to support Victoria’s economic recovery, such as Free TAFE, the free Cross-Sector Infection Control Skill Set, Course in Working Safely in the Solar Industry and Course in Introduction to the National Disability Insurance Scheme, Construction Industry Skill Sets and Working for Victoria.
