Learn the inner workings of the library environment

Learn the library, computer and communication skills required to work in a library or information services team.

When you complete the Certificate IV in Library, Information and Cultural Services, you’ll be able to use your broad knowledge base to solve problems and analyse information from a variety of sources in a library environment.

During the course, you’ll learn about referencing, cataloguing, circulation, database searching, multimedia, information technology (IT) and copyright. You will also develop effective communication and customer service skills, and knowledge of cultural services.
