  Experienced teachers who are experts in the field, will guide you through the program, combining theory and practical applications in the industry.
  
  As part of this course, students are required to complete an eight week (320 hour) internship. Placement for the internship will be provided by Chisholm. In the sixth semester, students engage in a capstone project (13 weeks) where they will apply their knowledge and skills learnt throughout the course to solve a practical problem faced by industry.

  The study of fluids and the forces on them, fluid mechanics can be divided into fluid statics (the study of fluids at rest), and fluid dynamics (the study of fluids in motion). Fluids comprise liquids, gases and plasmas. Fluid mechanics, especially fluid dynamics, is a very active field of research with many unsolved or partly solved problems. As such, the solution to many fluid problems is through experimentally derived empirical equations.

  This subject is a continuation of Control Systems and Feedback 1. It teaches students how to design proportional, integral and differential (PID) controllers to solve engineering problems.

  Academic IELTS 6.0 with no band less than 5.5, Math test to be undertaken - International Admissions Office will arrange Math test at time of Application, Australian Year 12 (VCE or Australian equivalent) with a minimum score of 25/50 in mathematics, physics and English, or International equivalent

  Indicative total course cost $65,262 plus annual Student Services fees. Total course cost is indicative based upon the 2024 tuition fees. Any increase in fees for subsequent years is not included in this value. Indicative annual tuition fee of $21,754 for 2024.
