Re-skill and find work in the construction industry

When you complete the accredited operate elevated work platforms (up to 11m) skill set, you will have the confidence and ability to safely operate self-propelled boom lift and scissor lift elevated work platforms safely and effectively in different locations, including on uneven terrain.

This course is available to people who wish to transition into the construction industry or those already in the industry who are seeking to re-skill.

After completion of the training, participants will be able to safely operate self-propelled boom lift BL and scissor lift SL elevated work platforms EWPs safely and effectively in different locations, including on uneven terrain.

Participants will learn a range of skills, including locating, setting up, operating and shutting down scissor lifts and self-propelled boom lifts with a boom length under 11 metres.

After successfully completing this course, you will receive a Statement of Attainment for the nationally accredited unit: CPCCCM3001 Operate elevated work platforms up to 11 metres.

TIMETABLE: The course runs for two consecutive days 8am – 4pm (including breaks). Arrive at 7:45am for 8:00am start.
