This qualification reflects the role of individuals in a variety of business services job roles. These individuals may have frontline management accountabilities. Individuals in these roles carry out moderately complex tasks in a specialist field of expertise that requires business operations skills. They may possess substantial experience in a range of settings but seek to further develop their skills across a wide range of business functions.

You’ll broaden your existing vocational or educational experience and learn about recruitment, mediation, professional development, workforce planning, risk management, managing people and finances and project management.

When you successfully complete the Diploma of Business, you’ll have the confidence and ability to effectively manage a business or business operation.

Full Time: 36 weeks
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9am - 4pm
Enrolments: 11/7, 1/8, 2/10, 16/10

Part Time Blended (via Zoom): 15 months
Thursday 6pm - 10pm delivered via Zoom with teacher lead training with one class per unit on campus.
Enrolments: 1/6, 22/6, 20/7 ,24/8, 5/10

Online: 18 months
Recommended 10-12 hours of study per module, per week.
