  • 1. Pre-assessment
    1. Complete the e-form and Student Declaration. A link to complete the e-form will be emailed to you.
    2. Evidence of Language, Literacy and Numeracy skills

Chisholm wants you to feel confident that your chosen course is right for you! This is why we need evidence of your language, literacy and numeracy skills before we can finalise your enrolment.

We will accept any one of the following:

    1. Evidence of a Year 12, Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning (VCAL) senior or equivalent completion that is issued by the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA) or equivalent in other states or territories. We do not accept certificates issued by schools or colleges.
    2. Certificate IV or above qualification
    3. A completed Language, Literacy and Numeracy Needs (LLN) assessment

If you don’t have any of these, you will need to complete the LLN assessment below.

You will receive a separate email titled 'Chisholm - Your LLN - BKSB login details' containing your unique username and password.

In a quiet environment, set aside 45-60 minutes for both English and maths. Do not complete the diagnostic modules.

  • 2. Assessment

A pre-training review is used to determine your competency levels and assist us with tailoring your training plan.

The review also helps to identify skills recognition and credit transfers when applying for a vocational education course.

Download and complete the pre-training review electronic form (PDF - 1MB)
If you are having trouble accessing the PDF form, please contact us on 1300 244 746.

View the instructions for completing the online profile tool (Word - 2MB)

  • 3. Gather

Before we can finalise your enrolment, we need some documentation.
