Option 1: 2024 Traditional Graduation Ceremony 2024 (includes photography)

Graduand tickets must be booked and be paid for via the

Bunjil Place website to complete your booking.

During the booking process you will be asked to provide additional information as part of the booking process:

  • Student ID number
  • Height (for gown hire)
  • Qualification you are graduating from
  • Any dietary and accessibility requirements (this is for yourself and your guest/s)
  • How many guest tickets you require
  • Permission for your photos to be used for marketing purposes.

Option 2: Professional photoshoot sessions (excludes ceremony)

To book into the photoshoot only sessions please follow the below steps:

  1. Select on the link/button :
    2024 Chisholm graduation - photography sessions
  2. Select the ‘see slots’ button
  3. Select a suitable time slot
  4. Enter your details on the form provided. You will be asked the following six questions:
    • Student ID number
    • Height
    • Qualification you are graduating from
    • Number of guests
    • Permission for your photos to be used for marketing purposes
  5. Select the ‘book’ button
  6. Confirm with payment
  7. You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS booking confirmation once your booking has been approved (please allow up to 2 business days).

Note: if required, you will be able to amend your booking time by using the link that is attached to your email and/or SMS booking confirmation.

Please note: Bookings for the ceremony will close Sunday 8 September at 5:00pm, or when maximum capacity has been reached. Bookings for photoshoot only sessions will close Friday 4 October 2024.
