The Certificate II in Workplace skills qualification provides foundational skills and knowledge needed to start your career in the Business world. You will become competent in a wide range of general information and communications including time management Within the qualification you will learn how to use business software, as well as being able to work in a team and how to deliver effective service to customers

This qualification also reflects the role of individuals who have not yet entered the workforce, and are developing the necessary skills in preparation for work.

Have a demonstrated capacity in reading ,writing, numeracy, oracy and learning to level 1 of the Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF), Students must be enrolled into a secondary school
