    Learn the skills you need to effectively manage the office administration aspects of a business.

    When you complete the Certificate IV in Business, you’ll have the confidence and ability to direct a variety of workplace administration functions.

    You’ll learn practical skills in areas such as development of presentations, spreadsheets, databases and desktop publishing documents, along with organisation of travel, meetings and safe workplace practices.

      Experienced teachers, who are experts in the field, will guide you through the program, which involves office simulated activities, research, report writing and compilation of portfolios of evidence. There will also be opportunities for practical placement in industry.

      This nationally recognised qualification may lead to employment in roles such as administration officer, legal/medical secretary or personal assistant.

      The course can be completed part time over one and a half years or full time over six months.

      We offer flexible and supportive study options (including on site or online) to fit in with your work or lifestyle.
