You will receive a refund of tuition fees paid less an administration fee of $50 for non-Student Loans courses if you lodge a withdrawal/refund application within 28 days of commencing your course for the year.
You will receive a 100 per cent refund of tuition fees if you lodge a withdrawal/refund application for a VET Student Loans unit of study on or before your census date for that unit.
Due to the flexible nature of Chisholm Online’s enrolments, the particular census date for your unit of study will be calculated based on your individual start date in that unit.
VET unit of study census dates will fall on the first Wednesday of each month and will not be earlier than 20 percent of the way through the VET unit of study.
