Chisholm Online is committed to making quality learning accessible for everyone. Our goal is to keep course fees competitive, while still providing the quality education and training we have built our reputation on.
A range of fee assistance options are available to Chisholm Online students including:

- Replacement of graduation certificate $50
- Replacement of student card $10
- Statement of results on request $10
- Exam fees (if required) - up to $50 per hour
- Please note: Chisholm Online do not charge a Materials fee.
Withdrawals and refunds
If Chisholm Online cancels your course, you will be 100 per cent refund of all fees. Course cancellation does not include circumstances where a course is superseded on the national register (training.gov.au) and a student is offered enrolment in the replacement/superseding course.
You will receive a refund of tuition fees paid less an administration fee of $50 for non-VET Student Loan courses if you lodge a withdrawal/refund application within 28 days of commencing your course for the year.
You will receive a 100 per cent refund of tuition fees if you lodge a withdrawal/refund application for a VET Student Loan-eligible unit of study on or before your census date for that unit.
Non-concession students who are granted a refund will not be permitted to enrol in the same course as a concession student in the same year
You will not be eligible for refunds of tuition fees for units where you have received a final result.
