Support for online students every step of the way
A vital ingredient to successful study is support — practical help and encouragement at every stage of the study journey. That’s why Chisholm Online has built valuable student support into all courses, for you to use when you need it.
Student Engagement Team – we are here to help
Our Student Engagement Officers are available seven days a week to answer questions, give advice and offer support. Students are able to pick up the phone and speak to a friendly Student Engagement Officer who is ready to help with:
- Induction and guiding students through Moodle
- Course requirements
- Technical support
- Fee help
- Pathways advice
- Study tips
- and anything else you need!
- When you sign up with Chisholm Online, a Student Engagement Officer will call you to guide you through the induction process, helping you navigate Moodle and easing you into the module. Our Engagement Team are with you all along, offering support through regular emails and phone calls. \
Chisholm Online Student Engagement Officers are available 9am – 7pm Monday – Friday AEST and 1pm – 5pm Saturday and Sunday AEST.
The teachers at Chisholm Online have been selected for their knowledge, experience and passion for online learning. Your teacher will guide you through the course material and answer your questions as they arise. Students can contact their teacher 24/7 through email or group discussion boards in Moodle.

As well as full online support, you have access to our extensive library databases, as well as counselling, careers advice and more via Chisholm student services. Chisholm Online students have access to the same services as Chisholm on-campus students.
