Chisholm’s libraries are a great place for you to meet your classmates and study. You can access resources to help with your assessments, including access to computers and we can help you connect to the free campus wi-fi. Our staff are always available to answer your questions.

Along with helping you to access Moodle, library staff can help with IT issues and show you how to load credit to your student ID card for printing.

Learning skills

Learning Skills teachers run an academic support service at Frankston, Dandenong, Berwick, Cranbourne and Mornington Peninsula libraries during term.

They can assist you with writing reports and essays, referencing and bibliographies, preparation with tests or exams and presentation skills.

Prefer to work on your assignments from home and get help online? You’re going to love YourTutor. It provides free online advice from expert tutors to help you with assignment and study questions. It might be something like a complex math concept or feedback on the way you’re responding to a question. Tutors can also guide you on how to improve your grammar and language choices. Tutors are available for one-on-one tutoring from 3pm to midnight, Sunday-Friday.

IT support

Students who require IT support should visit the Chisholm library.  Library staff will be able to provide a broad range of support including:

  • Trouble shooting login and access issues for Moodle and student email accounts
  • Assisting with setting up wi-fi and other services on your devices.

Printing and copying

To print or copy on campus you will need to add credit to your student card, using the kiosk in the library. Library staff can show you how to do this.  You have six months from the completion of your course to use any credit on your card.  Printers are available on all campuses in the library, with some campuses having additional printers available in hallway areas.
