Health and wellbeing are important to maintain balance during your studies

During September, Student Services and the VCE/VCAL Student Wellbeing Team held free activities and workshops, to help students get connected with support services to help keep them on track with their studies.

The events were held at various locations and included:

  • FREE lunch provided by the Hospitality department and students
  • Smoothie bikes
  • Seated massages
  • Community partners
  • Headspace
  • Natalia Dewiyani – Finding Your Ultimate Happiness workshop
  • Glen Munso – YouthYou workshop.
