Celebrate your achievement

Each year we celebrate the achievements of our students at graduation ceremonies.

Graduation is an occasion where you can reflect on your journey at Chisholm and be recognised for your achievements with your family, classmates and teachers.

Our graduation ceremonies are held annually in March/April each year.

2018 graduation ceremony

Monday 19 March 2018 at Robert Blackwood Hall, Monash University, Clayton Campus. The ceremony will be held in the evening but graduands will need to be at the venue from 4pm.

This ceremony is open to students from all Chisholm campuses who are eligible to graduate.

Apply now to attend the graduation ceremony

If you have received your certificate for your course or a letter inviting you to graduate, you can complete the application bellow to register your attendance.
This is an opportunity to share your success with your family and friends and you are encouraged to participate in the ceremony. The ceremony celebrates the achievements of our students in a formal manner.

How to apply for graduation

Complete the application form below.
Please note: This also includes space for you to advise us of any updated contact details now that you have completed your studies. We will be using email to contact you when we open formal applications, so please ensure that you let us know if your contact details change. Please ensure that Chisholm emails are not being moved into the spam/junk folder.

Once you have registered, your application will be reviewed to ensure you are eligible to graduate.

In early 2018, you will receive an invoice via email to make payment for your graduation registration.

Important

Your seat (graduand place) in the graduation ceremony is not allocated until your payment has been received. Places are strictly limited due to the venue capacity, and will be given based on order of payment received (not order of application). Chisholm reserves the right to close graduation ceremony places at any time without advance notice.

The graduation ceremony is not suitable for children due to the length of the ceremony and long rows of seating in Robert Blackwood Hall which will prevent movement during the ceremony. Prams are not permitted to be parked in Robert Blackwood Hall.

By applying for graduation, you agree to attend the entire ceremony. The ceremony is approximately three hours in length. It is not possible to leave during the ceremony.

Cost

Graduation at Robert Blackwood Hall will be $75 (GST inclusive). This cost includes the opportunity to have your photo taken in a graduand gown.

These photos will be available in an online gallery which will be made accessible to graduands for individual download following the event. This arrangement has been sought due to feedback that previous year’s photography prices, which were paid separate to the cost of registration, were expensive and unaffordable for many students. Please note: Your photo will appear alongside other student’s photos in a gallery for download.
